Medical record referral question
I am changing doctors ,
The doctors office i am referring to told me to call my current doctors office to send My medical records to them .
So I called my Doc office and asked and she said no that the doctors office i have to sign a medical release with the new Office to get my Information .
But I'm so confused shouldnt I be signing a consent form with my Current Office to Be sent to my new office ?
