Vitamin B6 dosage

Hey guys! Question for you! I am super nauseous and my gyn suggested taking Vitamin B6. I just picked some up from the store and as I got home I looked at the mg and it’s 100mg. That just seems really high, and I think I believe the nurse I spoke to said they come in 25mg. So I just assumed they were all 25mg. Guess not. I just wanted to see what other people were taking for nausea. They said I could mix it with unisom too and it’s like the exact same ingredients as Diclegis that they gave me samples of, but I’m just being cautious and just want to take the vitamin and see if that helps with out adding another medicine!
