Empty sac at 6 weeks?? UPDATE

Question

Going of my lmp I should be 6wks 1 day..I had pale pink spotting this morning so went to hospital where they did a transvaginal scan, they saw a sac but it was empty. The lady scanning me said it might just be to early so I had my bloods done and the results were 2200 roughly. Got to go back in 48 hours for another blood test to see if they have doubled. I'm just losing hope now 😔

6 weeks is too early to see anything but the sac. Your numbers sound good. Good luck to you!

This was my 6 week ultrasound according to my last period. But when I went they said I ovulated just a few days late and to come back in a few days and there would be something there. Don’t stress yourself out. I paid for 2 ultrasound for peace of mind. The first is when they couldn’t see anything and then I went back a few days later and we saw a heartbeat 😍 now I’m just about 27weeks!

You are still pretty early, and you definitely might have ovulated later than you thought. I wish you the best of luck though!

I hope so guys, my lmp was 8th Jan and my cycle varies between 23/25 days. I'm getting my bloods done again tomorrow so fingers crossed they double 😔

Maybe your dates are off. At 6 weeks we were able to see and hear heart beats

I had my bloods done again today and they had only risen by 400 so I'm no longer pregnant. Got to have a scan in 10 days to rule out ectopic and to make sure everything has passed. Trust your instincts ladies, I just knew something wasn't right a couple of weeks ago 😞
