Random diarrhea and vomiting sign of labor??

Randomly had diarrhea this morning and then again in the afternoon then about 2 hours after diarrhea had vomiting just once but feels like could vomit again. 37+3

I’ve been in early labor for two weeks now and have had diarrhea and vomiting on and  off throughout the two weeks. I think it’s what they call the baby cleaning you out. Not sure though.

I had the worst diarrhea 2 days before I went into labor. I think so!

It can be, but not usually. If they are accompanied by recognizable labor signs then yes.
