How accurate is the Panorama test?

Hi! I got the results of my panorama test today and it reads “high risk” for Turner’s syndrome (1/2). I have been crying all day but now I’m better and want to know more about it. Has anybody received a false positive? Are these screening tests accurate? I’m 13w2days now. She seems to have a strong, beautiful heartbeat... should the risk of a miscarriage be lower?

Im being referred to a genetics counselor and we’ll go from there. Any advise and experiences will be appreciated (and prayers and love too)
