11dpo dreamnt i was pregnant with a boy

Is this a sign that i could very well be pregnant my cervix has been high an soft for a week now. Period due this week. Fertility friend says i havent Od but if u look at my chart on here i see where i could have od. My cycles are 28-29days. Glow says i Od on cd 14. Temp was high for three days before dropping now they are all over the place. Btw im 19 & fiance is 21. This was a pic from a few days ago its much further ill update in comments.
