Is this baby acne or a rash? He’s had baby acne for a few days but just now it’s all clumping together and looking much worse. :( what do I do?

Looks like a rash. Have you touched the skin? Is it dry? My girl had a bad rash in addition to milk pimples and it was a mild eczema that needed to be moisturised and then it got better. Are you in cold weather?
