Has anyone ever had their baby stop growing and have a good outcome??

So ladies... I have a few questions ... Today I would have been 8wks and 2 days and went to my ultrasound hoping our little peanut would be growing away... instead he told me the baby didn’t grow at all from the last time I went in on on the 7th. He said it will eventually miscarry when my body is ready. However hasn’t yet because I’ve been taking progesterone twice daily to try to prevent this day coming. Which he said to now stop (Question 1: When will my body start the process of bleeding and passing things?) He had me and my spouse do chromosomes labs and will get results in few weeks.(Question 2: Have you and your spouse ever had this test done and be abnormal and had a miracle baby?) Unfortunately this will now be our 4th miscarriage💔💔💔💔just trying for our first baby we both are young - I’m 24 and he’s 22. 😭Thanks..

UPDATE- Called the nurse she said my hormones are 56,464 , and to repeat labs next week to see if my labs are going up or down or staying the same. Anyone have a miracle Story? Like this?
