3 mature follicles on Clomid

2nd round of Clomid, Dr is recommending I stop the process as I am at risk to conceive multiples. I have 3 follicles 2 measuring 16mm and 1 measuring 17.5

I don’t want to waste this month and finally feel I have a good chance of conceiving. I understand the risk of multiples but what are the chances all 3 of those eggs get fertilized?

Any advice or experienced is appreciated!
