Getting pregnant while on a weight loss pill :(

Hi am 28 years old and I have a 7 year daughter ,I'm pregnant with baby #2 I was using a weight loss tablet and I got pregnant while on the pill, I'm 4 weeks and 5 days and I had a scan done and they only saw a tiny sac that's all .... Has this ever happen to anyone ?

I'm so scared that something might happen to my baby 😢
