How do you get your newborn to sleep in a bassinet? My 10 day old will only sleep when being held and sometimes while in her swing or bouncer seat. We have tried everything (swaddling, noise machine, warming the sheet, rubbing her belly, etc) to get her to sleep in her bassinet. Everytime we lay her down she starts screaming within 5-10 minutes (tops). Unfortnately we do not have any family around to help and all our friends work full time jobs so we cant get any breaks. Would love to hear what worked for you.
