When is the right time to start buying things for the baby ?

I didn’t start buying until after 12 weeks the small odd things. I bought the pram then too as I wanted to pay it off monthly.

We didnt have the extra funds to splurge so thankfully most everything was given at the shower and we bought pretty much everything else we still needed with gift cards. We still need plenty more diapers, wipes and formula but we will get that sorted once the baby is here and we know what size she is and what formula she takes well to if I cant breastfeed.

Whenever you feel the right time is and you’re ready. There is no rule.

When your ready,  I'm  9 weeks and 4 days and have  a bassinet and a couple of Stuffies

I bought my first items at around 10 weeks. I bought some Star Wars swaddle blankets and crib sheets. My husband and I feel that Star Wars is gender neutral enough, and it was on sale. lol

I started after my 12 weeks scan so I knew the baby was growing good. I started with the crib then after the gender at 17 weeks I really started buying everything. Putting the room together after like 25 weeks seriously sucked for me lol just had no energy!
