First time pregnant how long will I cramp?

I have PCOS and was told when I was 22 it would be very hard for me to get prego without fertility treatment. Well I'm 29 and just found out a few days ago I am pregnant, it was a big surprise! My doc will not see me for 2 more weeks and said that if I had a normal cycle I would be at 6 weeks but since I'm not normal that could be off.  The problem is I have never really had pms symptoms of cramping. I've only experienced bloating and craving Chocolate when I had my period.  I have been cramping for about 3 weeks. It hurts in both my tummy and my back. Is the cramping normal? How long will I experience this? Any feedback will be appreciated.

I too have pcos, but no other issues. At 33,this is my 2nd pregnancy, first we lost in July. We've had no treatments. I to have had moderate cramping, no bleeding for a few weeks (2) back sometime, but more lower abdomen and horrible constipation. 
I'm a nurse, not a doctor, but sometimes the symptoms you are having are completely normal, especially with all the hormone changes. With other symptoms,like burning with urination, frequency (but you are preg), abnormal odor or fever could be something. Increased pain when sitting can be something else. Regardless, worrying won't help it or fix it. If you are concerned, call your doctor office and talk to doctor on call. Go to an urgent care if you need. Worry and stress are not productive for women in our situation. It is hard, but I just lean in to God. Just being pregnant is a miracle and I will happily ride this for as long as He plans. 
It sounds cliché, but this is the first time in my life, I'm not worried.

This is my first I'm somewhere between 4 weeks and 8 weeks I think. Don't have PCOS but cramping!! I'm trying not to stress but it is scary. AF irregular so unsure until I make doctor appointment. I just found out yesterday.

Same thing happening to me. Except I got pregnant with the use of fertility drugs doctor isn t seeing me until between 8 and 9 weeks. If I have any bleeding though they will see me immediately. Or I will go to the emergency room. I had cramping from ovulation to 12 dpo. And now it's stopped. Just a little gas pain.

I have pcos too and it comforts me to see someone else post saying that they are experiencing the same as I am! I had my period twice in June. Nothing in July but no positive test until August 27th. This is my second pregnancy and we are super excited. We just have to remain positive and hope for the best. The pain in your back and the cramping is def normal. Just your body getting ready for the growth of your little baby

I have pcos. Im 5 weeks 3 days today and have had cramping since before i for my possitive. Ive also had some brownish pinkish spotting. Went to the dr got checked and everything is going great. And i know what you mean about back ache. At about 4 1/2 weeks they were so bad i couldnt sleep
