3rd Pregnancy with no breast tenderness

I am 7 weeks three days and this pregnancy has been so different from my first two. I’ve had no breast tenderness or changes which alarms me a little. My breasts were so sore with my first two and they got significantly bigger by this point in pregnancy. My only symptoms are tiredness and very emotional with occasional nausea. Has anyone had this happen to them and had a good outcome? I paid for an early ultrasound at 6 weeks at a 3D ultrasound place and I saw a tiny flicker at the bottom of the screen but I was not provided with any measurements. Will go for my ob ultrasound on the 26th. Please keep your fingers crossed for my little bean. Happy 9 months to you all!
