Pregnancy Brain

Is it even possible to have pregnancy brain at 5 weeks? My boobs are starting to get sore and I’m extremely burpy. Some nausea yesterday but nothing today. BUUUUT the pregnancy brain seems unreal!

I was supposed to grab a new chair for my classroom today and I left it outside the door in the hallway on my way to the bathroom. I walked right by it on my way back in and then spent 10 minutes looking for it and unsure if I’d even grabbed it.

I also keep having trouble coming up with words and proper sentences.
