It looks a lot like acne but my first had a rash that looked like that and it turned put to be an allergic reaction to the dreft laundry detergent.  Free and clear all the way!

Looks like baby acne, my son looked like that as well and it got alot worse before it got better but 3 weeks later he's looking great and his face it pretty much all cleared up. I made sure to wash his face with warm water at least once a day if he wasn't taking a bath that day and I found that helped.

It still looks like baby acne to me but it prob wouldn’t hurt to call your pediatrician
