Is this baby eczema? And if so, how can I treat it? Only in this one spot

Hard to tell from the picture. I’d check with pediatrician for reassurance. But if it is eczema, I use aveeno baby eczema lotion for my son. Keeps it under control. Just try not to wear perfumes when holding him and try not to use anything scented on him. It will only cause it to worsen and possibly create more spots of eczema on other parts of his body.

It's a bit blurry but id say yes. Aveeno makes an over night eczema lotion that works wonders. Give that a try. It comes in a small tub about the size of a Vicks vapor rub.
