so tonight my fiancé drank a whole big bottle of wine by himself in the living room, I didn’t feel like drinking so I just layed in bed with our sleeping baby. out of nowhere, he started sending me pictures of naked girls from porn and saying rude comments to me out of nowhere, our 9 month old daughter woke up and wouldn’t go back to bed so I picked her up and went to the living room, gave her to him and grabbed his phone so he’d stop texting me those gross messages (he knows I don’t like porn) and then, next thing I know his whole demeanor changed. his eyes looked so evil and then he hit me on the side of my head. I then yell out “are you crazy?!” because he LOOKED like he was crazy. my brother (15 y/o) was sitting on the couch and saw him hit me so he got up and punched him trying to protect me and that’s when he got even angrier and got up and started punching my brother (with our daughter in his other arm yelling and crying) so I grabbed her and started yelling in fear and then my mom runs out of her bedroom and tries to pry him off of my brother and then he pushed her away and stopped hitting him. my mom said she was going to call the cops but I told her not to since my fiancé is a teacher and i’m a stay at home mom and I wouldn’t have any source of income. anyway, she said ok and I walked back into my room and laid my daughter on my chest to try to calm her down and put her to sleep. he then walked over to me and hit me 3 times on my head. earlier today, I was complaining about bad headache from a brain injury I had 2 years ago so he ironically chose there to punch me. he then walked away and grabbed his watch and came back towards me and I covered my head and literally begged him not to hit me saying “no no please” I then looked at him and he had no emotion in his face and he walked away and grabbed some clothes and before he left he said “i’ll kill you” after he left, I told him to take all his belongings tomorrow and that it was done and he agreed. the odd thing is, today was an overall good day.. he was nice all day it’s just the fact that he got drunk and hit me. i’m done with him

UPDATE (questions): will he get arrested if I file a report i order to have this documented?
