Things have been rough lately, I just don't post all about our financial issues. But my husband hasn't been working, NOT that he isn't trying or wanting to so before you think otherwise I'll clear that up real quick. He works for his cousin's company which is kind of a small company & they don't get many jobs, so things get rough when they aren't actually out on the road for work. & yes, he has applied at other companies but as of right now it's kind of a waiting game. Anywho, I as well put out applications because one of us needs something right now. Well tonight I got the phone call! I HAVE A JOB! I had applied at the dollar general that's literally like 5 minhtes from where we live but the manager from a different location called & said she was going over applications & stopped on mine when she seen my experience I have from when I was a manager at Pizza Hut plus the customer service for nearly 3 years. & with that said, she wants me. I didn't even hesitate on accepting, like literally no interview, no nothing. She had the store I applied to send the hiring packet for me to complete & they're going to transfer me to that location. It's not much further of a drive, just an extra 8 minutes added on, no biggie! All that matters is, I have a job! I am beyond thrilled not only because we needed this but because I missed working & making my own money. I like helping support my family, it makes me feel great. I rather be out doing something to help provide for my littles rather than sit at home stressing. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my time with my babies, but once school lets out for summer & it's time for them to go back my little dude will be going to school & they'll be gone all day, so I'll be alone if I didn't work. I might be starting early but hey, it'll be alright!
