Pregnancy related pain?

I woke up for work with the worst right side pain... I'm 15 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I thought maybe I just needed to pee really bad. But I went and my side still hurts to sit stand walk hurts even worse when I pee.. is this pregnancy related? It's been going on for about 5 and a half hours now..
