I dont think a bar is an appropriate place for a child so i wouldnt take them anyway... i think the sign is fine.

I wouldn’t bring my kids to a self-proclaimed ‘dive bar’ in the first place... but maybe a parent who keeps their kids quite with NyQuil would 🤷🏼♀️... I get it’s meant to be funny, but drugging kids is pretty trashy humor, so my guess is that I wouldn’t be their kind of clientele, and that is fine by me and I’m sure they wouldn’t miss me 😊

I’d stop going. I’d feel like my kids arent welcome and I’d be too paranoid of them even making a peep to enjoy my meal there.

As someone who is in culinary school, I find this entire menu so cringy. Wtf kind of salad has roast beef??? And the description for the prime rib is so overdone. Like I don’t eat meat, but if I did I wouldn’t even want that because of how dramatic they describe it. Keep it short and simple !!Just no to all of it. The NyQuil thing is funny, but so not classy! Whenever I hear a kid screaming crying I jokingly say “I think that kid needs a Xanax” or “do kids like xanax?”...I say it as a joke and not to the parent unless I know the parent (because I know my audience)....I would never give a kid a Xanax nor do I think people should give kids drugs. It’s a joke. Let’s face it. Sometimes kids give an extra scream than normal and even their parents are like wtf.

Tbh I don’t think a bar or sports bar is a great place for small children 🤷🏻♀️. I wouldn’t take my son to them personally. Also I can’t lie, I laughed at this 😂
