How many Braxton hicks are normal per day?

I’m a FTM and I’ve been experiencing lower stomach tightening quite often today. I’ll be 29 weeks tomorrow and assuming what I’ve been feeling is BH. I guess it could be the way my son is moving or laying because he feels super lower.

I’m 28 weeks and I’ve been getting them too.. probably like 6 or 7 times a day . I asked my doctor about it and she said not to worry unless you have more than 4 in an hour

One day when I was around 24 weeks I had them all day like 3x an hour. I messaged my doctor who said as long as they’re not painful it’s nothing to worry about. One week later they’ve slowed down quite a bit and baby is still doing good as far as we know.

Hello. Any amount is normal. You’re right that sometimes that same sort of tightening is caused by foetal movement rather than BH but it can feel very similar x

I have them literally all day long. The more dehydrated I get the more I have.
