Anyone with Pregnancy Medicaid? How long did it take to get approved?

Like an hour. I did the on call interview and then they accepted me and said I should I receive my card 5-7 business days

I applied in late November didn’t hear anything back until mid December, got my appointment by phone late December “they called” never did. So I sat up there for 6 hours waiting to speak to someone. Got a letter in the mail saying I was approved 3 weeks later. Picked my plan, for a phone call confirming my Medicaid plan and said my card and rest of my paperwork would be sent in the mail and I would have it by the end of the first week of feb. I got my card around feb 12th, finally. Luckily my coverage went all the way back to August first. 
Because I waited so long I ended up having to pay for some of my bills (Medicaid is my secondary I have primary insurance) that sucked but it is what it is. My best advice is to get it filed ASAP.

Literally 5 minutes. I called on the phone and because I was pregnant they immediately gave me a temporary number to use until they sent me info.

My was approved the same day I applied online, uploaded my proof of pregnancy on the internet site and called them for the interview and they gave me my ID number and stuff while i waited for my card to come.

For me 5 months bc they kept Messing things up but the typical is they have 30 days to approve or deny

Took me one day . I went to an OBGYN and they had a case manager on site and she helped me out with the paper work and faxed it over to Medicaid and I got approved the next day.
