Cooking with alcohol for small children (over 1)
So I recently learned the alcohol only cooks “down”, not completely “off” as I had previously thought. I know the amount of alcohol left behind is very small... but still 😬. I have a few recipes that use a glass of wine (cooked down) to serve 4+ people. Just wondering if other people do, if it’s ok, etc... 🤷🏻♀️ (I know I can always adjust my recipe but I’m just wondering if the alcohol is ok the use)
