Went for my first ultrasound at 7w4d and had an empty sac measuring a week behind. Of course after my chemical pregnancy in November, I’m assuming the worst. I go back in a week. From reading online it seems that this can be somewhat common with someone with a tilted uterus? I was told in November that I had one. Any hope that a baby might still be there? No bleeding. No spotting all pregnancy. HCG rising. Doctor put me on progesterone suppositories and a daily baby aspirin. I’m pretty sure about my LMP and my ovulation day since I used OPK and pretty much only had sex then. 😩
