Someone please help me out here!

I’ve booked a flight from Birmingham to Belfast (1 hour flight) I’ll be 29+4 when I fly there and 30+5 when I fly back! Little did I know that with Flybe regulations I need a medical certificate saying that I’m fit to fly?

I’m considered high risk because of a raised bmi but my consultant wasn’t worried in the slightest about it at my consultant appointment- just booked me for extra growth scans.

So my question is will I be able to get a fit to fly certificate or letter or whatever or have I probably just wasted money on a flight I won’t be allowed on.🙈
