Nipple rings is just a moment of pain, your tongue will get swallow, you wont be able to eat or drink for a few days! I got nipple rings and to me the nose ring hurted more than the nipples.

Nipples piercings definitely. I've had my tongue done twice, swelling for the first couple days but your nipples will also swell. Nipple piercings arent as bad as people make it though, my industrial hurt way worse than any of my piercings.

Nipples are so easy. It's a hard pinch and then it's done. If you want to try to simulate the pain, imo put a bobbypin on your nipple (like a nipple clamp) and it'll feel like that but for only 5 seconds

I've had both.
And I can honestly say the belly button piercing was worse than both
The tongue wasnt bad, but the tongue swells up and it's hard to talk and eat for a while. You have to relearn everything with a metal stick in your mouth, and it is painful. It took about 2 weeks for it to heal for me. Banana were the worst to eat, but noodles were my best friend.
The nipples weren't bad getting pierced either, but they take forever to heal, like I've had them over 2 years and they still aren't fully healed. You'll live in a sports bra for about 2 weeks, and if anything ever gets hooked in it, it hurts. You can also lose feeling (pleasure) in your nipples, and in my case, it hurts to be played with, or sucked. 
In my opinion, the tongue was better.

Never got nipples done but I have my tongue pierced the vertical way (snake eyes) at the bottom of my tongue. That shit fucking hurt lol

I dont have my tongue so i dont know for sure but i can say my nipples didnt hurt at all and healed fairly quickly...my sisters tongue swelled up and hurt a lot and took longer to heal.

Piercing being done nipples but those barely hurt for me anyway. Healing though my tongue was hell. Three days of lots of swelling and pain.
