Found out I’m pregnant today (super early almost a week before period). I’m excited but also freaked out. My daughter turned one in October, her twin brother’s heart stopped beating in 3rd trimester & they both delivered at 35 weeks via emergency c section due to severe preeclampsia.

I don’t know what I’m expecting from this post. Has anyone experienced anything similar? We aren’t going to tell anyone for as long as we can pull it off, so maybe I’m just looking for a connection. Thanks for reading 💕
