**please be aware this is a semi-pregnancy announcement**

Found out I’m pregnant today (super early almost a week before period). I’m excited but also freaked out. My daughter turned one in October, her twin brother’s heart stopped beating in 3rd trimester & they both delivered at 35 weeks via emergency c section due to severe preeclampsia.

I don’t know what I’m expecting from this post. Has anyone experienced anything similar? What did you to keep yourself from spiraling? I was so numb the 7 weeks between loss and birth.

We aren’t going to tell anyone for as long as we can pull it off, so maybe I’m just looking for a connection. Thanks for reading 💕
