Mothball Smelling Poop 🤢

My toddler had mothball smelling poop since November (so for 3 months). I googled and found no answers, just other moms experiencing the same thing. I asked my doctor and he said try probiotics. I told him we tried probiotics for 30 days and it didn’t change anything. He said try eliminating things from her diet. In November, my husband and daughter had stomach bugs. That killed all the good bacteria. The probiotics didn’t help, but getting rid of all dairy did. My little girl handled dairy just fine until the stomach bug. She can no longer digest it properly. This child would drink 3 glasses of milk a day and eat yogurt. It was hard, but we noticed results at the end of the week. I just wanted to share in case other mommas were dealing with this too.
