Help me plz guys!!!

I took this test on 2/19 guys and yesterday was 2/22 I started bleeding out of nowhere.. I think I had a miscarriage.. this will be my third one I feel devastated.. like am I ever gonna have a child😢😢😢 give me some support ladies... who over here had a baby after multiple miscarriages, if so what did u do differently??
