What do people mean when they say

they got pregnant when they stopped trying.  I hear this all the time. 
They obviously tried because they got pregnant 🤷🏻‍♀️ just trying to figure this out. So over TTC 😭 I have tried everything.

I assume they mean stop tracking and obsessing then just have regular sex

It means not tracking, obviously they still have sex, but you don't bbt, use opks, check cm, or check when your fertile window is. You just go with the flow, enjoy having sex and for some, myself included, you get pregnant.

I got pregnant with my first when I gave up and accepted it wasn’t going to happen for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess the universe wanted to prove me wrong.

Yep, no testing or calculating etc.. Just having fun regular sex and not thinking about it. Easier said than done, I know, but distraction is a great thing! Look after yourself 😘
