Its a normal queation. Me and my father in law are very close and when we announced we were pregnant with #7 he asked us. Some people are just curious. But i also feel people should only ask that question if they have a good relationship with you. Otherwise as you said its just weird.

Someone at work asked me that and I just feel like it’s not appropriate to ask someone that lol. If it’s a close friend then maybe but I just feel like it’s a super weird question in general. Like “did you know sex leads to babies?!” WHAT! No way!!!

Definitely not an appropriate question to ask. And even if asked, should never be referred to as an accident 🙄🙄.
