Negative test
Ok so hopefully someone can help me, I have a 2 year old already i haven’t really been trying to get pregnant but would love if I was, ok my last period was 01/18/19 on 02/16/19 I spotted pink very light pink for just one day today is 02/23/19 and still no period I took a pregnancy test almost every day this week it came back negative I did a blood test and it’s negative but I feel like I am pregnant. Can someone help me please.
