FTM blood clots after BM @ 24 weeks

I’m freaking out a bit. Had to strain a little with BM today & when I wiped saw bright red blood with a clot that was vaginal. Had to pee 30mins later & had the same thing happen. No cramps just pelvic discomfort. Not sure what to do? It’s a weekend & gynae not around. Really don’t want to b seen by stranger in ER. Any advice?
