Workout routine for gym

So I’ve been working out at home

Doing jump rope and squats.

Im finally getting a gym membership but I’m super nervous cause I won’t know how to use the equipment plus I’m super shy to workout in front of others.

I need a routine so I know what to do and for how long so I don’t look lost 😭😭
