When is the best time to do a maternity shoot and also the best time for a baby shower?

I’ll be 30 weeks with my rainbow baby on Wednesday, so I’m getting pretty far along after losing my previous at 20 weeks. I’ve been wondering when is the best time to do these things? Also, I have a cerclage in that will be taken out at 36 weeks and the baby could possibly come right then and there. Lol. So not much of a time frame

I did mine at 30 weeks! Now that I’m 35 I am swollen and near death lol! They turned out nice and I definitely look pregnant.

I believe most photographers like to do them around the 36 week mark. So I’d suggest planning that right before you get your cerclage removed, just to make sure you don’t miss out! Given that you’re already so close to delivery, and haven’t planned/set a date/sent out invites, maybe you should do a shower after the babe is born?
