Long distance announcement?

Both pur parents live 2+ hours out of town and we don't really have time or money to make a special visit. I want to do more than a phone call but I'm not sure what's a good idea. Any thoughts?

You could send a package maybe? You wouldnt get to see thier reaction though unless you had them call or something. I like the video chat idea a lot because you could surprise them.

You could do a video call, and hold up a cute sign for them see when you break the news during the call. You get to see their reaction that way too C:
