Encapsulated!! I did it with my last pregnancy and had a much better postpartum period than with my first son!! 
I know it's not for everyone, but I really felt it was an awesome experience for me!! 🥰
Definitely freaked some of my family & friends our tho! 😂😂

The FDA made it pretty clear that people should not be eating them for many health reasons so please don’t leave a child motherless.

I would encapsulate if there was a good place that did it where I live. There is one but I honestly don’t trust them lol their office was really iffy on hygiene.

I am! I saw a lot of benefits during my first. Didnt go through so much postpartum stress or depression. I felt my self almost immediately despite having little sleep lol. But I agree having someone trust worthy or even recommended by a birthing center is best. (Also I only have done encapsulation)
