I didn't take mine out till I was literally in the hospital bed. I nursed my daughter for 4 months and then put them back in after I knew I was done nursing

I took mine out around 23 weeks mine are already closed back up 26w5d.

Don’t really need to worry about it until they get snug or irritated.

If you plan on breastfeeding I would, you’ll want them to heal as much as possible before baby starts nursing making them sore in the beginning 😬
