How do y'all feel about using a pack and play for when baby comes home? other than a crib? (Baby wont be sleeping in my bed)

We used this exact set up for my son just 9 months ago. It worked perfectly for us, we transitioned him to his crib around 4 months because he hated being confined and in a room with us lmao.

This is what I'm using for my son in our bedroom. First time mom so I checked with the nurse teaching my birth classes just to make sure it's safe. I'm going to try to put him down in his crib in his nursery for daytime naps.

Its cheaper and easier to clean. And you can take it with you anywhere! So convenient!!

When we had our first child he slept in a play pen until he was 2 and then he moved to a normal bed when we bought a house. Personally, I think their better than a crib and safer because it has mesh sides instead of wood and they can’t chew it up! Lol 
My little one right now sleeps beside me in one and he’s almost 9 months, he won’t sleep anywhere else.
