I got a faint positive early feb then feb 5 I started bleeding was a regular period minus me not getting clots like I normall do, my question is could I be pregnant I know women have bleeding sometime but it wasn’t light recently my nipples have been bigger my boobs are so sore and I’ve been feeling so nauseous also been cramping bad for 3 weeks straight....

Am I just over thinking🙄👀 if I was I’d be close to 7 weeks rn, is it worth testing again(I mc twins in early December but hcg was down by dec 20 and testing negative one everything)
