How far along?

How far along were you when you felt your baby for the first time in your first pregnancy? I ask for the first pregnancy because I know it’s easier to be more aware of everything in the others after. We’re you unsure if it was baby or something else or did you know it was the baby?

First pregnancy and I felt her at about 13 weeks

I had an anterior placenta (it’s in the front) but I felt him for sure around 14/15 weeks. Little tickles and taps, especially near my sides/hips. It’s totally possible to feel baby pretty early even with anterior placenta and being a first time mom!

16 weeks, I knew it was baby because I saw the movement as well.

At 16 I knew it was them. Then 18 had a real kick and from 21 weeks they have been active every day. I’m now 22w1d

Over 20 weeks but I had an anterior placenta so all his movements were cushioned.

I was actually only 13 weeks when I felt a tiny little bubble popping feeling in the left part of my abdomen. I instinctively knew it was baby, it felt different enough from gas that I was pretty sure. Had it again the next week and then around 16 I think I felt very distinct tapping. He really started moving around 18 and it’s just been more and more every week since—I’m 27 weeks tomorrow and pretty much every time I sit down he starts dancing, he also likes to use my bladder as a punching bag 😅
