What age did you start giving baby water?

Did you give it in a bottle or cup? How much?

Babies aren’t allowed to have water before six months. And babies six months to a year can only have an ounce or two a day. After a year you can give them however much they want. Water isn’t good for babies it has zero nutritional value

6 months in a sippy cup. I ebf so didn’t use bottles too much especially when they were old enough for a sippy cup.

I never put it in a bottle (although in warm climates it’s sometimes necessary if you’re formula feeding) I let my daughters start trying it in a sippy at 6 months old.  One loved it, the other is 14 and still refused to drink water 😂
