I’m 12weeks 5days. Tuesday I enter my second trimester and am told my placenta has taken over progesterone in the second trimester and to stop then. Was anybody else terrified to stop taking your progesterone. (Im on 200mg promethium by the way.) I have an appointment with my doctor at 14weeks 2days. I’m half way tempted to keep taking them till my appointment and having her test my progesterone or something to make sure my placenta is doing what it’s supposed to. I’m terrified to stop the progesterone and kill my baby. Has anybody ever miscarried after stopping the progesterone. Am I crazy and just need to relax and trust the doctor?
