White fingernails

Hey guys, anyone else dealt with nails like this? I’m 21 weeks and they’ve looked like this for maybe 2 or 3 weeks. I thought it was maybe anemia at first, but couldn’t find anything to support that. I will check with my doc on Wednesday, but wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience.
