Yay or Nay while pregnant? The internet seems to suggest it’s okay, but have any of your doctors said otherwise? Would like a one-time glow for my baby shower!

I was wondering this as well. I am SO pasty and pale I'm basically see thru. Usually I get spray tans and I need to have something at my shower! It seems like Google has mixed reviews and they dont really know whether its harmless or not.

I can’t imagine that a one time use would have any adverse effects. Id only be worried if you used it constantly.

The ones you apply yourself are fine, they only react with the top layers of skin. Spray tans are not because you don’t want to breathe in the chemicals
