Exercise!?
Hi Ladies,
I recently lost a bunch of weight (60 lbs!!) following Trim Healthy Mama. I actually think that is what helped us conceive! I hadn't been exercising much, and right before we found out about this pregnancy, I had started thinking about running (60 lbs lost is some motivation to GET MOVING!) but I don't think I want to start something brand new that could too much. Is anyone out there doing Bikini Body Mommy? She's got a new challenge (free! And online or on YouTube!) the she says is totally safe for pregnant women. Anyone doing this or participated in one of her challenges while pregnant? 😊
I'm 5 weeks along, btw.
