So I was in the hospital over the weekend due to kidney stones and hydronephrosis. While there the high risk doctor did an ultrasound. I’m currently 36 weeks. They said that the baby is measuring small and that they plan on doing our c section at 38 weeks instead of 39 since it’s so small. 5lbs and in the 7th percentile. I don’t quite understand why they would take the baby earlier if it’s measuring small instead of letting me go to 39 weeks? I’m going Thursday and will get more answers. Does anyone else have any experience with this?
