I work as a Continuing Care Assistant in a nursing home. This is a highly physical demanding job and I'm wondering when is the best time for me to tell my employer I'm pregnant and how to approach the topic? I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant and healthy. I just don't want to come across as looking for 'special treatment' . I want to do my job, just safely for me and my baby.
